What happens to my node-locked license if I change computers?

We understand that major hardware upgrades, or moving to a new computer can be a problem with node-locked licenses. We provide a courtesy license regeneration service to all our customers.

When you are on your new computer, just run our Verification Software and file a new support ticket with the code asking for a license regeneration.

Please note, we provide this service within limits.An unreasonable amount of regeneration requests may be denied at our discretion. If you change your hardware often, we recommend purchasing a floating license.
