If the intended party (associate, client, or friend) will also be working with the clouds, then that person will require his/her own Helios license. If he/she has a license, then you can share the scene.
If the file is being distributed for rendering purposes only, then the other party does not require a Helios license.
You may not mass distribute any scene or files containing Helios elements. That is strictly prohibited under the license agreement. See the 'Using Helios + Troubleshooting' section in this FAQ.
If you are an organization with multiple Helios licenses, you may freely distribute your files inside the organization. However, any person working with the clouds must have a Helios license. Persons working exclusively with other scene elements do not require a Helios license.
